Home Furnishing Expo Shenzhen Hometex 2023 – CHINA

The Hometex Expo Shenzhen (referred to as Hometex) takes place twice a year, in March and August, at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Guangdong Province, China. Established in Foshan, China, in 1997 and later relocated to Shenzhen in 2007, Hometex is recognized as China’s pioneering exhibition in the field of exquisite home furnishing. Over its 21 years of existence, Hometex has experienced remarkable growth, now encompassing an expansive exhibition area of over 260,000m2 annually. With a participation of more than 2,000 exhibitors and attracting over 240,000 professional buyers, the event encompasses various sectors within the realm of “great home furnishing and interior decoration.” These include home textiles, fabrics, curtain accessories, sun-shadings, wallpaper, wall coverings, home accessories, custom furniture, and comprehensive interior decoration.

Coinciding with Hometex, the Shenzhen Design Week brings together more than 20,000 home interior designers, establishing a vibrant community of home furnishing design with significant commercial value. By embracing a “design + material selection” dual-track parallel approach, it has emerged as the foremost international and authoritative platform within the domestic home furnishing industry. Moreover, it spearheads the rapid growth of the Chinese interior decoration industry.
